Building humankind.

We all need to belong.

Yet we’ve never been more isolated. Communities and businesses face a crisis of empathy. We must rediscover the skills of human connection to generate camaraderie once more. If we can build tribes that thrive then together we can make humanity flourish.

Why does it matter?

We all want to belong and to feel connected. This is more than just feelings. It’s the glue that keeps tribes together - from the travelling groups of thousands of years ago, to the high-tech teams of today. Strong friendships and work relationships offer a range of incredible benefits.

I use the framework and amazing tools of the Inner Development Goals. Bringing the best research and science-based skills developed to help the world reach the UN Sustainability Goals by 2030 and to help people live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives.

Experience the art and science of human connection

My workshops harness the power of communication learned over 15 years. I introduce simple, powerful ideas of how to speak and when to listen. Building the skills of emotional intelligence needed to improve the individual and collective wellbeing of tribes.

Workshops are delivered in-person and virtually. They blend science, philosophy, humour and exercises to put the critical skills of human connection into practice.
