Working with The Inner Development Goals
What are the Inner Development Goals?
The Inner Development Goal (IDG) framework is accelerating communities, businesses and countries toward the UN’s Global Goals.
The IDG organisation focuses on research and developing science-based skills to help people build purposeful lives.
-
Developing a better, kinder relationship with the self.
-
The cognitive skills necessary to make better decisions and impact the world.
-
Engaging with others and the world in more thoughtful ways. Using the skills of self and thought to be a positive impact with others.
-
Mastering the skills of relating, creativity and working together to make powerful projects with other world-changers
-
Building the powerful qualities that keep us going - hope, resilience and courage - so that as communities we can enact real change.
How do the Inner Development Goals power my workshops?
Giving me an enhanced toolkit for change.
The IDG framework and toolkit is an open-source resource put together by practitioners, scientists and consultants around the world.
I’ve included and adapted many of their practices to help people connect with themselves and with others.
Connecting with a community of change-makers
Some of the greatest minds are using (and innovating) the tools of the Inner Development Goals.
As part of the Sydney Hub I’m hoping to both contribute to their work and partner with great minds to make change in Australia .
Learning from the world’s masters
Giving me access to masterclasses and gatherings to feed my brain and improve my practice.
