I was good but I wasn’t doing good.

I toiled for years as a copywriter and comms manager in agencies.

I was a big ideas ad man.

Concepts, hooks, headlines and big ideas for brands of all kinds. I sold you things you didn’t need (but you bought them anyway).

Then I spun for politicians.

I sold in billion dollar government projects and wrote speeches for the leaders of our state.

And I reaped the rewards.

From bad brand and dicey politicians, I made good coin, had security and free endless coffee pods.

Then after 15 years I walked off into the sunset.

I felt I’d done nothing that mattered.

I was waking at night in terror.

I was angry with how we were treating each other and our planet. I was scared of the future we were leaving for our kids. I knew I’d look back in 40 years and wonder why I hadn’t put my all into making a difference.

I ate a lot of humble pie (when I could afford it).

I volunteered with environmental groups. I spoke with the best facilitators in the country. I read and I studied. I set up free workshops online for people week in and week out for three years. Learning all I could about human connection and facilitation.

I completed a Regenerative Leadership Incubator

I studied Emotional Intelligence and the Science of Happiness

I trained in Climate Workshop facilitation and Offers and Needs Market Facilitation.

And now I have real purpose - to connect.

I’m for the innovators, the educators and the environmentalists. I help teams and communities get closer. To find the sense of belonging so they can lean on each other, trust in each other and together change the world

Enough about me, I’d love to connect.
