The REAL reason we need it urgently is many of us spend more time with those at work than with our own kids or friends.... so why wouldn't we want to feel safe, understood and appreciated by our second family?

So how do we create empathy with our workmates? How do we overcome agendas, power-plays and toxic cultures? We'll look at some simple ways we can build it in ourselves and our teams.
